It was a positive experience with the recruiter and then a few rounds with the AD, CM, and ACD. The final round was in person with executives. The first three rounds were virtual. They were friendly and transparent about the role expectations.
The whole thing took about 2.5 weeks from first call to getting the offer. I talked to 6 different people, and each chat was 30 minutes. It was all done online, and they asked pretty standard stuff. I liked that the team was really nice and seemed genuine when they talked to me. I had a good time chatting with them.
I went through three rounds of interviews for this role, and each one lasted about 30-45 minutes. The staff were wonderful, and even though I'm bummed I didn't get the job, their professionalism and communication were top-notch. I'm excited to see what they do next.
