Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. They seemed really interested in my language skills, my background in research, and any experience I have dealing with clients. They asked me a few questions and then wanted to see if I could actually use the other languages I listed.

I applied online for the DV/Family Law Attorney job on Jan 7th, 2025, via Idealist. An email came on Jan 13th, 2025, setting up a phone screen for Jan 15th, 2025. It was a 30-minute call. They mentioned that second-round interviews would start the last week of January and I should expect to hear back by the end of this week or possibly next week.

Applied online. Took about two months from the first contact. The initial contact was via email. A phone screen was completed. Then I was invited for a panel interview.
