Candidate-reported interview process

Back in 2020, the hiring process involved three rounds of virtual interviews. I spoke with corporate recruiters and potential leaders, and I also had to complete the Predictive Index Assessment. The whole thing took about two weeks.

First I had to do a PI Behavioral Assessment. Then I got a phone screen. The interviewer seemed new, but it went okay. They said my resume and skills fit the job and would pass it to the legal team. But the next day, I got an automated rejection saying my skills weren't a fit. It confused me, so I emailed the interviewer for feedback, but never heard back. For a company that says it helps people and has awards, their hiring process felt biased and uncaring.

The interview process was very friendly and inviting. They seemed willing to work with me on scheduling the second-level interview. After that, communication ended, and there was no further outreach or evaluation.
