The interviewer was super nice, friendly and easy to chat with. I had a really good time and felt totally comfortable. They explained everything clearly.

After applying, I got an online assessment request after a few days. Then there was a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. I then interviewed with the recruiter again and two compliance department managers. The whole process was fast and the interviews were straightforward with typical questions.

So I had a phone interview with a recruiter first, it was a little long but not too hard. The recruiter was super nice and talked about the company culture and benefits, and other jobs I might like. Then they asked me a few things about me and why I wanted to work at Aya. After that, the recruiter wanted to do an in-person interview at their office. I went in, and it was with him and another recruiter. The office was nice, and the interview was about 30 minutes. They basically went through my resume and asked for more info on some of the tasks I said I did.
