Candidate-reported interview process

started with a phone call where they asked about culture fit and technical stuff. The tech questions were pretty basic, like the difference between == and ===, and also let, var, and const. After that, there was a one-way video interview, and then it was an on-site.

It was a recorded interview where I had to record my answers to several questions using my laptop camera. It felt pretty weird talking to myself, and I had to watch the timer closely because there wasn't much room for error.

Axxess gets a lot of applicants. You’ll be lucky if you get an interview. Everyone’s nice from the phone call to the in-person stuff. It’s a panel interview, not too scary, just so they can get different views of you.
