Candidate-reported interview process

There were three rounds in the interview. The first was an online assessment focusing on quick math skills. The second round was a trading simulation, and the final round involved a discussion about my trading experience.

It was a pretty chill interview, but you need to be confident and convincing. Overall a great learning experience. It was a single day process, but results were declared pretty late (almost two weeks).

It was a casual interview, they asked about logic, numbers, guesstimates, and personal interests. They also asked about market movements and your trading strategy if you have traded before. However, they focus more on speed maths than anything else. Yes, be sure about what you wrote in your resume because they ask thoroughly from it.
