Axonius Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

Had a good interview experience with Axonius. It kicked off with a nice chat with the recruiter, then a 1.5 hour remote technical interview and another 1.5 hour onsite technical interview. All the people I talked to were really professional and knew their stuff, making it a good vibe. The only bummer was waiting over 2 weeks for an update after going through all those stages, and then just getting a generic rejection email without any feedback. Would have been cool to get some insights, especially after investing that much time. Overall, a solid company and team though. I'd apply again!

It was a straightforward coding interview, but instead of asking me to write code from scratch, they presented me with existing code and asked me to figure it out and then add my own code to it. The code itself was pretty simple, but going through all the explanations took up most of the time, leaving me with only a few minutes to actually write my code at the end.

The interview was hard but practical. I didn't get everything right and they still hired me. I like interviews that show how far you can get.
