The interview process started with two phone interviews. Then, there were two more interviews that were in person. After the fourth interview, I didn't hear back from them. I was pretty annoyed because I put in a lot of time, money, and effort. I thought they would at least call to let me know if I didn't get the job, which I felt was the polite thing to do.
Had a few rounds of interviews, but it moved pretty fast. I spoke with HR and then some higher-ups, and everyone was really easy to talk to and friendly. They offered me the job after my last interview.
It was a calm and very friendly chat. They asked me easy questions to understand my capacity for the job and also to get to know me a bit better as a person, since it was for a team job.
