Applied for a role in New York, NY. My interview process started with a recruiter call. The recruiter's vibe felt off, and they were blatantly racist. It also seemed like there weren't many women working there, and it didn't appear to be a very inviting environment based on their answers to my questions about the company. Be aware if you are a POC considering this company.
So it started with a phone screen, then I had two non-technical interviews with the manager and the director. The last step was a technical test that we did live on Google meets.
I got invited to an interview, and the whole process was pretty quick, and the team was super friendly. I made it to the second interview, but they ended up selecting someone they thought was a better fit, which was a bummer.
