Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved initial resume screening, followed by a tool test focusing on Solidworks part modeling, sheet metal, and drawing. Then there was a technical interview that asked questions based on your previous experience. If you have good knowledge of the tool, you can crack the interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved two steps: first, a chat with the internal manager, and second, a meeting with clients alongside the internal manager. Just make sure you know the basics of FEA and structural analysis.

So, there were 4 levels to the interview process. First up was a Telephonic round where they asked about my experiences, checked my NX tool skills, and some basic mechanical stuff. Then came a Technical Assessment test covering sheet metal, fabrication types, TIG applications, ASME, and GD&T symbol relations. After that, there was a Tool Test specifically on NX for 3d modeling/drafting, focusing on layers, attachments, and different types of views. Finally, I had a Manager Round to wrap things up.
