Candidate-reported interview process

It was a walkin drive. I had to go to the office to give the interview. It was just one round of technical and then HR round was held. Overall it was a good experience I would like to suggest everyone to give interview there.

The interview process is usually pretty straightforward, like a 2-3 step thing. You can usually get through if you've got a solid grasp of the basics for the role. It's mostly technical interviews and then a chat about management stuff.

First, a recruiter phone screen to talk about your background, qualifications, and what you're looking for. Then, a hiring manager interview to really get into your experience and see how you'd fit with the team and company. After that, there might be a technical assessment or case study, depending on the specifics of the job, to check out your problem-solving skills with some technical questions or coding challenges. Finally, a last round, which could be with senior leaders or a group of interviewers, to show off your leadership potential and how you'd fit overall.
