It started with a coding test on Hackerearth with Python and PySpark questions. After passing that, I had a technical interview. Then, there was a final round with a VP, which was a mix of technical and managerial questions. That round went really well, and the VP mentioned that HR would be in touch soon. However, HR later informed me they weren't proceeding with my application, without providing a specific reason.
The interview process involved a few rounds with relevant stakeholders. They listened patiently to every point. Overall, it was a great experience, and I've heard good things about the work culture.
I had a remote interview with the Head of Digital Initiatives. It was mostly focused on my resume and what I'm currently doing in my role. We started with me running through my resume, then moved on to discussing the initiatives I've taken in my current role and the kind of metrics I look at.
