The internship interview process was pretty extensive. It started with a phone interview, then moved on to several interviews with different hiring managers. I had about 5 interviews in total. They weren't looking for expert knowledge, just a grasp of basic Excel functions and some understanding of insurance or reinsurance. It took about a month to get the offer.
Pretty straightforward process. First, I had a chat with the recruiter, and then a second interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The questions were pretty basic, mainly about what I know about the company and how my past experience fits the job.
Got the interview invitation a week after applying. There were six video interviews in total. One was with the hiring manager, and the other five were with actuaries from different business areas. Received the outcome about a week later.
