Candidate-reported interview process

First there was an aptitude test and then a general interview. In the interview, they asked questions about statistics and also gave a case study. The case study was about a bank where the amount in savings accounts was continuously decreasing, and I had to identify the group of people most likely to reduce their savings balance.

After resume shortlisting, there was just one interview round. They hire very few students for the risk analyst role, but the interview was easy and they asked very basic questions.

The HR sent my profile to the VP, who then analyzed and reviewed my potential. Then, I had a discussion with the SVP, which was a face-to-face interview. The work culture is good and it seems like a great team to work with.
