Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process focuses on functional concepts and essential skills critical for daily tasks. You need to be ready to explain your reasons for seeking a new job and demonstrate your long-term commitment.

The campus hiring process involved an aptitude test first, then the interview stages. No group discussion was conducted. Candidates were interviewed in the order of their performance in the aptitude test. An offer was extended on the spot.

This interview had two interview rounds. The first was a technical round focusing on your resume, and the next was a managerial round. Overall, it's an easy process to crack if you're confident. The HR was very rude, and you'll need good negotiation skills to get a good hike.
