After all that, I was ghosted.

I had a phone screening with HR. Then there was a data analysis part with data from the baby product and healthcare industries. It was a descriptive task about people management and project management. Overall, it was a good knowledge check.

So after the initial screening, there's an assignment round, then a technical assessment, and then they check for cultural fit. You'll get some data analysis and data validation tasks, plus questions about managing people and how you'd handle those situations.
