The interview process was good. The interviewers came from the US to conduct the interviews. They talked a lot about the new business and development and shared some tasks required for the job. They mentioned plans to hire many people for this position to develop new business and for other purposes.

I was contacted by Axiom via phone as a passive candidate. They wanted to schedule an in-person interview, and they were flexible with my schedule, meeting me early before work. The panel interview was about 45 minutes long. I received the job offer two days after the interview.
