First, I had a phone chat with someone. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager over zoom. The process was pretty easy, but HR wasn't great with communication.

The interview process went very smooth and it was comfortable through and through. I enjoyed getting to learn about the company's goals, and the feeling like it was a conversation rather than an interrogation. Highly recommend this company.

It was a pretty simple process with two phone calls and one Zoom meeting before they made an offer. Honestly, if you have the experience they need, it's not a hard interview. But if you don't, I could see it being tough. The interviewer was ready to talk about the crazy hours and lifestyle that comes with film production. Since I knew that stuff well, the interviewer seemed a bit lost and wasn't sure what else to ask. So, having the right background is super important.
