Candidate-reported interview process

A friend of a friend who works there referred me. First, I had a skype interview with the local team. Then, I had a second skype interview that included a mock teaching session with upper management.

After an initial chat with HR, there were 2 interview rounds. The first was a skype interview, where I had to do a mock class presentation. I could choose the topic and the education level. The second round was in-person and included a 10-minute mock class with a specific goal. Everyone was nice and responsive.

It was a pretty easy process. We did a mock interview first, which was pretty chill. Then, the second round was a situation where you'd probably feel a bit awkward as a tutor.
