The interview process was pretty standard and not overly difficult. Expect to speak with about 3 or 4 individuals. If you pass this stage, you'll proceed to an interview with clients. The initial interview is primarily to assess if you're a good cultural fit.
It was a very friendly interview process with two people calling. One call was about my general profile, and the other was about specific client engagement opportunities. The company made an effort to sell itself and its business model, explaining how it operates differently in different countries where it has offices due to varying labor laws.
So I did 1 phone screening, which was pretty informative, way more than just a quick check. The person I talked to was super nice, easy to talk to, and I felt like I could relate to them. Then, I had an in-person interview that was split into two parts: one about my lawyer experience and another about picking engagements. The people I met in person were also great. They really knew their stuff in their areas and understood the company's special way of providing legal services.
