It's pretty simple, there are 3 rounds: first a screening, then a cold call scenario interview, and then a final interview where you meet with about 3 people for around 30 minutes each. The screening is super easy and it gets a bit harder from there, but the whole thing is not too bad and easy to get through.
There were three interview stages. The first was a behavioral/screening round that focused on the BDR role overall. The second stage involved a case study and behavioral questions, conducted by two BDR managers. The final stage was a series of separate interviews with two account executives, serving as a final behavioral check to ensure a good fit.
It was a 3-round interview process: a phone screen, then a mock call, and finally a manager interview. The whole process was quite serious, but they really helped me prepare for the mock call, making it totally manageable. Overall, not a bad experience.
