Candidate-reported interview process

It was a few weeks total, all remote over phone or Zoom. Started with a behavioral phone screen, then I met the hiring manager. Next up was a case study presentation, and finally I interviewed with the head of the commercial org.

I had five interviews in total. The last one was a mock cold call. My recruiter was super helpful and gave me feedback after each interview, telling me how I could get better for the next one.

I went through a few qualitative interviews where they asked things like "how do you deal with stress, etc." Then, I had to prep a document for a mock "case study" call. During the call, they played a huffy lawyer, and I had to answer their questions. It was okay, but it made me not want the job lol.
