Had a Zoom call where they talked about my qualifications and experience, and then got a job offer the same day. We went over how many clients I'd see, what the expectations were for notes, and what kinds of therapy I'm into.
I made it to the final round, the superday, but the interview got cancelled on the day it was supposed to happen. I didn't try to reschedule or follow up. The technical interviews were way more science-heavy than I thought they would be, which really changed how I had to prepare.
It was a pretty easy and quick interview process with 3 case interviews. It was really chill compared to other firms. They made very low salary offers, almost insultingly so. I turned them down quickly because the salary wasn't reflective of the work required. They also offered very little vacation and other benefits. The hybrid work policy also seems like a lie. It was deceiving.
