Candidate-reported interview process

first they did a quick phone call, then an in-person part where I had to do a mock lesson with other people applying. there was also safety and software training to learn how to handle lesson data.

He gave me the basic run down of the company objective and how they impact the community (Richmond Public Schools). It was a welcoming interview and he was a good sport.

The interview process was lengthy and time-consuming. It was also unpaid. After being informed about the time commitment required, they provided documentation to reduce the duration of the Zoom call.
