Candidate-reported interview process

I applied through my school's OCI process. I got a screener call with a partner. He was very engaging and was selling the firm. Then I had a virtual, almost 4 hour interview with two partners and three associates, with one of the associates being a 7th year.

It was an OCI screener, which I bid on through my school. It felt less like they wanted to learn about me and more about testing my limits. It wasn't focused on what I'm looking for in a summer experience.

It involved a couple of phone calls and then an in-person interview. The experience was really positive, with everyone being friendly and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with the attorneys, the HR representative, and the other staff members I met. It seems like a fantastic place to work.
