The interview process was very straightforward, mostly a conversation with minimal to no actual questions. It was an easy process since they are hiring a lot of analysts.
Applied online and then had a recruiter call interview a few days later. After that, I had a program manager interview a few days after that. Finally, they offered me the position, but the salary was below market rate and my current salary, with subpar benefits.
I interviewed in 2020 when the company was called Continental Mapping. It was a standard process; after a phone interview, I was offered a position. Even with a Master's Degree, the offer was $15, and they wouldn't negotiate higher. The pay wasn't competitive at all. HR seemed to expect me to walk away since they knew the offer was too low but weren't allowed to offer more. They work on government contracts and could definitely afford to pay their employees much more.
