Candidate-reported interview process

It was a video call, and I spoke with different teams in each phase, starting with HR and then moving on to the engineering department managers, which is where I would be joining. The interview had both a personal and a technical part.

They were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. It involves thoughtful questions, active listening, and a genuine exchange of information, fostering mutual understanding and connection. They also gave material for self-learning.

Had a nice chat with HR to start. Then there was a technical interview, and after that, a meeting to meet the team. Everything ran on time and the people were great.
