The interview process has three phases, all very professional, starting from HR to the line manager. It was an easy interview, a pleasant chat. After the first phase with HR, you proceed to the second phase with the line manager, where the interview is more technical.

Mostly character questions to check if I'm a good fit for the plant. They want driven people who don't wait around for work, but instead find problems and solve them.

They had a good interview process. They paid for my travel and hotel for the interview. They also fed me lunch. They got back to me within two weeks with an offer. There were two interviews total. One was with the maintenance team leader, and the other was with HR. After the interviews, I got a plant tour and then lunch.
