Candidate-reported interview process

They started by asking me to explain myself and my experience, and what my expectations were. Then we talked about the company, its structure, goals, salary, and so on. It seems like they repeated the 'explain yourself/expectations' part, and then went over the company details again.

It was good overall. It was tough but fair, I'd say, if I had to pick words to properly describe the overall feeling someone might try to express in a situation like this.

I entered a room and was interviewed by a nice man in his forties. It was all very comfortable, an hour talking about general life, hobbies, programs used, work life, and English.
