AXIA Consulting Interview Questions

Had a quick phone call, then a getting-to-know-you interview, followed by 2 in-person interviews at the client's site. The interviews were always conducted very clearly and professionally. There was a psychometric assessment lasting about 3 hours, with results provided afterwards.

The interview process was very thorough, inclusive, and positive. The entire team was engaged, thoughtful, and thorough. You will have a few casual chats with consultants at AXIA who have experience related to yours. If they go well, you will then meet with members of the Senior Leadership team. They will primarily assess your cultural fit with AXIA, as this is a major focus for the firm.
