Candidate-reported interview process

I gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. My first interview was on campus at my college. The final round involved four back-to-back interviews from 8 am to 12 pm, with the last person being the manager of the Princeton office.

The process is super easy and fast. It has a few simple questions about your education, work history, and career goals. There aren't really any hard parts, and it's all laid out well so it's easy to answer. Basically, it's a pretty smooth and accessible interview, even if you don't have a ton of experience.

Nice recruitment process. First HR interview to target the profile. Candidate's motivation in areas of interest is important. Second interview with manager, to better discover the offer and get an insight into the team's spirit.
