It was a good process that had 3 rounds. Round 1 was an initial screening. Round 2 was an aptitude test. Round 3 was a face to face interview. It was a simple and an interactive process. As a fresher, I had a very good interview experience.
It was a test first and it was quite easy. This was regarding the US IT position they had and the timings were better to compare with. The position they offered was okay with the pay they were giving. But the manager round was a little tough.

They will work to find you a placement and set you up with interviews until you are hired by the client.
