Good company, dynamic, good chat, learned about life, amazing HR, good salary, aligned employees. We went through 3 supervisors and talked for 1 hour with each. Very tiring but very productive. Congratulations.
I only did the first round with someone who wasn't an iOS dev but was an engineer. At the end, he asked me what my salary expectation was and said they won't move forward unless I give a range. I asked him what the range was, and he told me, "I'm the one asking you here." I can only imagine the quality of the team if the first thing they try to do is lowball someone.
First, there was a recruiter screen. Then, a behavioral interview. They gave me a small design challenge related to the work, and after a few days, I went through my design with the team. Finally, there was a presentation about my past work.
