The interview has three phases. First is with HR for introductions, checking English and self-confidence. Second is a technical interview with a Supervisor, focusing on sales skills. Third is with the Sales Channel CEO or Sales Manager, assessing mindset and personal/creative thinking.
The interview followed a standard format. It started with introductions from everyone involved and the candidate presenting themselves. Then, there were questions about the candidate's experience relevant to the job, as well as typical interview questions. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant.
The process was good and fast, with a friendly HR representative. It was completed in a single day, although sometimes profiles are put on hold, causing delays in replies. After my interview, my profile was on hold for a week before a response was given. The interview itself is straightforward, requiring self-confidence. There are typically at least three rounds, including tests for typing speed, language proficiency, and a final manager discussion.
