Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had three parts. I got an offer, but the benefits and compensation were hard to accept. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the sales manager, followed by an interview with the sales director. This might be a good place if you want unlimited growth potential, but the base pay isn't great.

It was a single round, which was pretty basic for an entry-level position. Two people interviewed me, and it only took about 30 minutes. I got the offer the very next day. The interview felt pretty casual, and they gave me feedback really fast.

So it was three stages total. First up was the HR person, then I talked to the team lead, and finally the manager. The whole thing went super smooth, the manager was really decent, and the HR team too.
