Candidate-reported interview process

I had a Zoom meeting with the team, which included my potential supervisor and colleagues. They asked me why I wanted to join the company, about my background and experience, and what I thought the biggest emerging risks would be in the next few years.

It was a free interview, really smart people there. It was quick but I enjoyed the interview. Everyone should take the chance. The interview was easy, the people are quite friendly, you feel comfortable from the beginning of the interview. Some technical questions but that was expected.

I went through 3 rounds. The first was a technical interview with the Risk Manager. Then an HR round where they asked about social fit, visa requirements, and salary expectations. Lastly, a round with the CRO where they asked about my past experience and why I'm interested in the role.
