Candidate-reported interview process

I had a 30-minute online chat, and then a 30-minute written test. The online interview was pretty laid-back, asking about my previous work and any marketing tools I'd used. The written test involved a basic Excel task and two writing prompts.

After a mutual introduction, there were questions about my background and skills. The manager was quite talkative, so answering wasn't too hard, but the challenge was to promote myself in the limited time I had to speak.

It started with a phone call, then I had two interviews with the HR manager. She asked me a lot of questions about my life and projects to get a profile of my personality. Finally, I met with the operational team manager.
