Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and very easy. I was sent a teams meeting link and joined the meeting from there camera on. They asked me the same questions any other company would so be prepared.

The interview process involved three stages. First, an introductory call with HR to discuss the company and get a feel for the candidate. Next, another HR interview to assess personality test results and personal fit. Finally, a technical interview.

This online interview was quite difficult. They asked a lot of technical questions about projects I've worked on, how to redesign them, pricing, databases, performance, and cloud concepts, even though my title is just IT Contractor.
