Candidate-reported interview process

I had to do a presentation about the insurance industry - it was prepped beforehand. The interview was simple competency-based and they gave me various occupational scenarios to understand me. All in all, it was a relaxed and nice experience.

The interview process included a first round phone call. Then, an in-person case study where I had to construct a securitized product portfolio and explain the reasoning and method behind it. After that, I was asked about my past relevant experiences and got more details about the role.

surreal interview where they said they only expected candidates from top business schools, but I got hired anyway because I was highly recommended.
