The HR person called to set up an interview, but when I mentioned my full-time job schedule made the proposed time difficult, they said they'd call back to reschedule and then never did.
I only had one interview with the recruiter, but the communication via email and WhatsApp was quite impersonal. I received the standard negative feedback by email, and when I asked for more details about the rejection, I didn't get any response.
I was contacted by email, then had a video call interview. The recruitment manager didn't seem very comfortable, and I felt judged in her comments. Also, I received no feedback, not even a rejection email.
