Candidate-reported interview process

It's interminable... There are 3 phases (or more, I haven't done the last one yet): 1. Video. 2. HR Interview + Small cognitive test. 3. Hackathon. 3 months between each. I almost forget I'm in their recruitment process.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with HR and went up to managers. Communication was good and things moved quickly. Didn't get the job in the end, but it was a learning experience and good for networking.

It started with a phone call about expectations, then an HR interview for about an hour. After that, there was a jury presentation where I had to give two presentations: one on a topic of my choice and another on an assigned topic. This was followed by a Q&A session about the two presentations.
