Candidate-reported interview process

HR video call, pretty standard, then operational interview with the manager, including an Excel test (basic Excel applied to finance: SUM, AVERAGE, SUMIF, COUNTIF, LEN formulas).

I applied online and about a week later, they called me for a scheduled interview. It was a virtual interview with very basic questions about my experience and how I handle heavy workloads.

First I talked to a recruiter on the phone for a quick intro. Then I went into the office and met with some people. Then I had a project and presentation with the managers. The managers got back to me in about 2 weeks after they evaluated.
