Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing felt off. I went in thinking this company was legit, but after the interview and learning their 6-month retention numbers, it seemed like they just hired a bunch of fresh college grads who don't know any better.

The interview process was smooth and felt very natural. The management team got back to me quickly. I do wish there were more interview time slots available.

I had two phone interviews for this role, and I just finished the first one. It was about 15 minutes long, and it was mostly to help me understand the job better and to chat with someone senior. The person mostly asked me to introduce myself and talk about why I'm interested in insurance. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
