Candidate-reported interview process

I had an interview with the Office Manager. She was super nice and professional. We talked about my background and what I was looking for, and she told me more about the company and the job.

Got an appointment beforehand. Professional interview. The Director was attentive and tried to make me feel at ease. I was able to talk about my experiences and we discussed the tasks to be performed.

The interview was on Teams, very efficient. The candidate was the focus of getting to know each other. A very nice conversation, with quick and transparent feedback after the interview. A cover letter was not required, but questions had to be answered beforehand.
