The interview process started in mid-January and ended in late April. It included a telephone interview for basic introductions, followed by three online tests (MCQ, technical, and video recording) administered by a third party. Then, there was an interview with the manager and a final HR interview. I received the offer letter in mid-May, so the whole process was quite slow.
It started with a recruiter call for a basic background check. Then there was a technical test focusing on Python and machine learning models. The final step was an onsite interview with the hiring manager where we talked about my previous experience and what I expect for the role going forward.
The process started with a brief phone call with the department head, mainly for introductions. Then, I was given a programming and analysis task to complete. The in-person interview involved presenting my work and answering questions about it. Before and after the interview, there was a tour of the facility and the department, with introductions to colleagues. Finally, there was a short meeting with the department head to discuss salary expectations.
