I applied on the AXA website and got an email to download an app to do a psychometric test. I got an email with my score. A few days later I got an email to book an online interview. It was supposed to be a Skype interview because everyone was working from home due to COVID. I got another email with a Skype link. On the interview day I went on the link and waited for over an hour after the interview start time but never got a call. I tried to follow up with emails and calls but couldn't get in contact.
The interview process was quick and easy. They asked direct questions that were easy to understand. I took a bit of time on one question, but it turned out to be pretty simple. They also had a unique approach at times.
We did a role-play over the phone. It was about a complaint regarding a specific purchase. They tested how you handle difficult situations with difficult customers. It wasn't very difficult.
