Candidate-reported interview process

Didn’t get the job but very nice people. Made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t get it as my German wasn’t good enough but they interview said I showed high standard of customer service skills.

First, I did an online assessment. Then, on the day of the interview, they gave a presentation about the company and the job. After that, there was a group exercise and a one on one interview where they asked about competencies. The team was really nice.

The interview was via video call. It wasn't easy to connect with the HR manager who asked me questions that day. I got a very fast response.
