Candidate-reported interview process

Had a brief chat with HR, which lasted about 30 minutes. They were nice and seemed professional. Mostly, they asked about my past jobs, who I reported to, and why I'm looking for a new opportunity. They also shared some info about the job opening, the team, and the company culture.

The process had two stages: first a call with HR, then a meeting with my potential future manager. The interview was in person and the welcome was very kind. I applied after seeing an online ad.

It was a normal 3 round interview. First was a behavioural one, then HR, and the last one was with the CXO. It was more conversational and I had to know the company and its website well.
