Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process starts with an HR round to check your attitude. Then there's an Ops round, which could be with a team leader, to assess your hands-on abilities and technical skills. Finally, there's a Manager round to evaluate your strategic thinking and potential. They'll ask behavioral questions and hypothetical scenarios, and you should use the STAR method to explain your past experiences.

The interview process was good and straightforward. All rounds were fine and there was no confusion, which helped me get the job easily. My HR contact was pleasant and assisted me throughout the entire interview journey.

Great company. The discussion only lasted for thirty minutes and was a first round screen, but the recruiter was very polite, as well as very professional. I would definitely recommend the organization.
