Candidate-reported interview process

The HR person was nice and polite on the phone, although they had a bit of a strong accent. I didn't hear back after that, so maybe you have to chase them for feedback yourself.

There was an assessment centre in Manchester where I was evaluated alongside 22 other applicants for 6 available positions. The assessment involved a 1-hour exam, a group exercise, and a one-on-one interview. The individual interview included STAR questions and a brain teaser.

The interview process was good and thorough. I enjoyed meeting everyone, but I did not receive an offer. I would consider reapplying if a suitable position opens up, and they mentioned they will keep me in mind.
